Our community is a diverse one, with students all over the world. So far, we've had people sign up from Australia, Poland, South Africa, France, Canada, India, Argentina, Switzerland, the US, Colombia,  Germany, Egypt, New Zealand, Greece, Indonesia, Mexico, Portugal and Ireland.

Our students range in age from their 20s to their 60s and come from work backgrounds as psychologists, school teachers, midwives, bodyworkers, nurses, performers, sex therapists, physiotherapists, yoga teachers, psychotherapists, sex workers, administrators, chefs, healthcare providers, social workers, couples therapists, artists, counsellors, dance teachers and sexologists. We've even had a fashion designer and a chocolate maker! 

There are mothers and grandmothers, those who are child-free, or folks who still want kids. We have students, stay-at-home-mums and people who are semi-retired.

All kinds of folks are welcome - as long as you're passionate about this work, respectful of others and able to be kind and compassionate.

It's completely understandable to feel insecure, or feel like you haven't explored your own sexuality ‘enough’ to join a program like this. However, we welcome women and vulva owners of all backgrounds, ages, and levels of experience.

Our training provides a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can learn and grow at their own pace. If you’re feeling really disconnected from your sexuality and have specific challenges that you feel need urgent attention, it might be best to get support for those first before joining this professional certification, or as you begin the certification.

Absolutely! The Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification includes a comprehensive section on building a thriving sexuality business.

You'll learn essential business and marketing skills tailored specifically for sex coaches and educators. This includes identifying your niche, creating a personal brand, effective marketing strategies, client management, and ethical practices.

By the end of the course, you'll be equipped with the tools and confidence needed to start and grow a successful business, turning your passion for sex coaching and education into a fulfilling career. 

Absolutely! These tools and methods combine well with therapy, medicine, health and wellness and facilitation work in many different forms, and you will be able to work with blending things in a way that suits your needs and your scope of practice. Many of our students want to blend this approach with other training, or create other offerings alongside their other specialities.

At the same time, Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification is a comprehensive methodology with its own set of practices and principles.

You can certainly apply some of the principles, practices and knowledge you get from this training into your current work, and you can call yourself an Integrative Sex Coach / Integrative Sex Educator once you’re certified, but you won’t be able to label what you’re offering as ‘Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education’ unless you're using the methodology as taught in this certification.

The Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification addresses a variety of sexuality topics that may be potentially confronting and not suitable for individuals navigating active trauma, to the extent where their functioning in daily life is significantly impacted.

It’s also important to us that the participants of this course are able to reach out for support if needed and are receiving appropriate care from relevant providers if suitable.

There are some other factors that might make this program unsuitable for an individual too. The program is also only for women and vulva owners. If you are unsure about whether this program is suitable for you, please reach out to us to discuss your situation with us.

This is a fully online certification program designed for flexibility and accessibility so students can join from anywhere in the world.

The Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification combines pre-recorded video lectures, live online sessions, guided audio practices, and multiple interactive peer activities.

You can participate from anywhere, fitting your studies into your regular schedule. This allows you to receive a comprehensive education in integrative sex coaching and sex education while balancing your personal and professional commitments.

You'll have access to comprehensive pre-recorded video content that you can watch at your own pace.

These are complemented by live online sessions, where you can engage in discussions, ask questions, and participate in interactive activities. Recordings of the live sessions will also be available - but we recommend coming live if at all possible as there’s no substitute for learning together live.

You'll also have lots of opportunities to engage with peers and practice clients in real time during your peer practice sessions, practice coaching sessions, and other practicums.

While we strongly encourage you to follow along with the live sessions to stay connected and benefit from real-time discussions and live practices on calls, we know this won’t always be possible for everyone.

You have up to two years to complete the program, including practicums and coaching sessions. This flexibility allows you to manage personal and professional commitments while ensuring you get the most out of the course.

We provide tools to help you make space for this journey, keeping you accountable and supported.

A note on pricing: This will be our third year offering the same introductory pricing we launched with in 2025. We’ve worked hard to keep the training as accessible as possible, with many certifications of a similar length in our field costing considerably more. As a small business with a big team and rising operating costs, we’ll likely need to increase our prices after this cohort, so we can’t guarantee the same pricing for future intakes.

At the same time, we understand that some people will still not be able to afford the program at the current pricing. For this reason, we have limited numbers of scholarships available, by application with a final decision made by the board.

Our scholarships are especially for those from countries where the exchange rate makes the pricing prohibitive, or people with marginalised identities that impact their financial situation - BIPOC, single mothers, LGBTQIA+ people, folks living with chronic health issues, etc.

There are two kinds of scholarships - scholarships of 25% of the course fees, and very limited scholarships of 50% off the course fees. We want these scholarships to go to people who specifically want to join this program and genuinely wouldn't be able to join otherwise.

The time commitment for the Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification is approximately 10-13 hours per week, but this includes practices and doesn’t involve sitting in front of a computer the whole time.

There’s a holiday week every 5th week, and a longer 3 week break in the middle of the year. Exact hours per week can vary depending on individual learning styles. These hours include engaging in self-care and embodiment practices, which are designed to be supportive and beneficial to your overall learning experience - and help you feel more present in your body in daily life.

The course material is made up of pre-recorded videos, live calls (which are recorded), guided practices, and written content. We make things easier for you by giving you access to a course app which allows you to access the lessons and practices and listen to them even while going for a walk, driving, or doing chores at home.

This flexibility helps you integrate the coursework into your life, without needing to sit down in front of the computer for the entire 10-13 hours a week.

It’s often beneficial to learn in a group and attend live calls to be able to connect with others in the program. We do our best to schedule our calls to accommodate different time zones, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way.

For this reason, recordings of all live calls will be available in the learning portal. If you’re unable to attend a live session, we encourage you to watch the recordings as soon as possible to stay up to date with the course content.

This way, you can make the most of the live parts of the course and fully engage with the material and your peers.

The main facilitators of this training are based in Australia, but we’ve structured our session times to accommodate different time zones. Our students are all over the world, so we make sure to have times that suit all time zones.

If you can’t make a live call, don’t worry – replays of all live calls will be available in the learning portal. Plus, a significant portion of the course is pre-recorded content that you can explore at your own pace without needing to attend all the live sessions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to find peers in similar time zones for practice and pod groups, making it easier to schedule practice sessions that work for you.

The Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification is designed so that it can be completed within 12 months, if you're completely up-to-date with all the content and practices.

However, many people choose to do things a bit slower.We know that life happens and we want to give you flexibility with graduation needs so there’s no rush to get it all done within the 12 months.You have up to 24 months to complete all graduation requirements including practicums, coaching hours and assessments.

Our goal is to support the successful completion of the program and work with you to support this.

All course content, including video lessons, audio practices, and PDFs, is provided through our beautiful and easy-to-navigate online learning portal, which is using a platform called Kajabi.

You’ll have a password and log in for this website. This is where you’ll find all the resources and materials you need throughout the course.

You'll be able to log in at any time to view and download materials, track your progress, and stay updated on course announcements. The live calls are hosted on Zoom.

As a Certified Integrative Sex Coach and Educator, you’ll gain the skills to work with women and vulva owners with all kinds of challenges. You won’t be able to use this certification to work directly with men, folks with penis, or couples, but you will be able to recommend partnered practices for your clients to do with a partner at home or offer recommendations or resources for men’s sexuality for a client to share with their partner.

You'll support your clients with common challenges and desires such as enhancing sexual pleasure, expanding their experience of orgasm, building body confidence, finding safety in sexual experiences, overcoming the impact of sexual trauma, improving intimacy in relationships, feeling confident dating, exploring sexual desires and needs, and navigating changes in sexual health. You’ll support your clients to achieve their goals and cultivate a healthier, more empowered relationship with their bodies, their pleasure and their sexuality.

Many of our students and graduates are interested in eventually specialising in a particular niche, but it's also an option to work generally - and we recommend doing this for some time to build your skills as a practitioner.

You're encouraged to apply what you learn in the certification directly in your coaching sessions, retreats and workshops, and share practices from the course for your clients and students to use in their personal lives.

However, it’s important to be clear that the intellectual property provided in this certification is legally protected and cannot be used to create or teach another professional certification.

You are not permitted to use the course material directly as your own content, but you can absolutely use what you're learning in your own words in your social media content, program content and workshops - just not as a professional certification.

The Integrative Sex Coaching and Sex Education Certification is issued by The Sexual Integration Institute and recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Students will pay a small membership fee to the IPHM yearly to be registered practitioners of this modality if they wish to be registered as practitioners of this modality under this association, but the modality itself is already recognised.

This association is also linked to insurance providers. 

Graduates are also currently eligible to earn the title of Certified Sexologist through the American Board of Sexology.

Please note: This is not a university program or degree, or a therapy training, it's a coaching and educator certification.

This in depth, 500 hour certification integrates somatic, health-informed and trauma-aware principles with a focus on both scientific and holistic approaches to sexual wellbeing, providing a comprehensive and well-rounded education.

It’s co-created by Isabela Bottura, who has a background working as a medical doctor (ObGyn) and Bonnie Bliss, a Somatic Sexologist. They are collaborating with a team of industry experts and a trauma-informed specialist to offer you the best possible experience.

You'll be trained in offering 1:1 coaching as well as group facilitation work, and you'll get solid business skills too.

You definitely don’t need any prior experience in sexuality education, coaching, or embodiment to join our certification. We welcome women & vulva owners from all backgrounds who have a genuine interest in supporting others in their sexual wellbeing.

Whether you’re already a professional in the sexuality field wanting to expand your skill set or just starting your journey, our course will provide you with all the tools and training you need to become a successful Integrative Sex Coach & Integrative Sex Educator.
